Our Commitments
- We do not connect to banks. PayAnchor never links to your bank accounts, credit cards, or financial institutions. You enter your pay schedule and bills manually. Your financial data stays in your control.
- We do not sell data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Data is used solely for paycheck forecasting. The information you provide — pay dates, bill amounts, and due dates — is used only to forecast your paychecks and cushion. We do not use it for any other purpose.
What We Collect
We collect only what you provide: email address, name, pay schedule, bills, and optional settings (currency, cushion buffer). This data is stored securely and used to power your dashboard.
Third-Party Services
PayAnchor uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe handles all billing securely. We never store your payment card details.
- Resend: for transactional emails (welcome, notifications, reminders). We only send emails you have opted into.
We do not use these services to sell or share your data.
Cookies and Analytics
PayAnchor uses minimal cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Data Security
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to you alone through secure authentication.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of PayAnchor after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, we permanently remove all associated data — pay schedules, bills, and profile information — from our systems. We do not keep backups of deleted accounts.
